About the role
The Content Services Solution Engineer is responsible for defining, designing and conducting the technical aspects of internal and client projects, as well as, participating in new sales initiatives.
What you'll bring
- · Be the expert in product features and define new features to improve the product Lead workshops, consulting and training events
- · Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
- · Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- · 1-3 years of experience in software support and configuration
- · Experience in content management and data analysis
- · Self-motivated individual capable of demonstrating individual initiative
- · Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to end-client
- · Detail oriented, good judgement and decision-making skills
- · Excellent communication skills
- · Experience in process development
- · Strong problem-solving skills
