About the role

USPH is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join our growing company. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, the Financial Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Accounting and Financial Reporting team assisting with internal and external financial reporting. The primary responsibilities are assisting with consolidations and timely completion of SEC filings. The ideal candidate is hands-on, is engaged and has attention to detail, can embrace ambiguity, loves solving problems, and ideally has experience with SEC disclosure preparation and associated requirements. The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Houston, TX (remote candidates are not being considered).

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Excitement around navigating a high growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment amongst stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• The ideal candidate is hands-on, is engaged and has attention to detail, can embrace ambiguity, loves solving problems, and ideally has experience with SEC disclosure preparation and associated requirements.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Workday experience a plus, not required.
