About the role

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Anchorage office and support a growing portfolio of energy and industrial projects across Alaska and the Lower 48. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, energetic team player with 5+ years of project management, design, and engineering experience in oil & gas, LNG, power generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), hydrogen, carbon management, and industrial infrastructure projects. The role offers direct involvement in project execution from early planning and feasibility through detailed design and construction support. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• 5+ years of experience supporting energy, industrial, oil & gas, LNG, power generation, or related infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to project engineering or project management functions in industrial or energy markets.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary engineering coordination and industrial design processes.
• Proficiency with common engineering and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word).
