We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Government Contracts Attorney to join our legal team on-site in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate brings five to ten years of hands-on experience advising on federal procurement matters and possesses deep familiarity with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), data rights frameworks, and contract line item structuring. This role serves as a key legal partner to our contracts, business development, and program management teams, ensuring full regulatory compliance across the lifecycle of our government engagements. What you'll bring
- 5–10 years of substantive experience in federal government contracts law, either in private practice, in-house, or government service.
- Demonstrated expertise with FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements applicable to Department of Defense procurements.
- Working knowledge of OTA structures, including DoD prototype and follow-on production agreements.
- Hands-on experience with data rights assertions and license negotiations under DFARS Part 227.
- Proficiency in CLIN structure, contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ), and contract modifications.
