About the role
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to mature the asset reliability program for a 1.2 million square foot advanced aerospace manufacturing facility. This role suits a mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering background, or equivalent hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and reliability. You will refine an existing framework, criticality and PM strategy that is already established, by strengthening the data and metrics that measure program performance, and by serving as the technical point of contact for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) provider, coaching their planner and validating asset assessments against real operating history. This work protects production continuity by ensuring building infrastructure never becomes the reason the line stops. This role is a U.S.-based role. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related STEM field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities maintenance and reliability OR and Advanced degree with 3+ Years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing a maintenance reliability program from an early or undeveloped state into a fully structured, mature system.
- Hands-on working knowledge of facilities equipment including HVAC, compressed air systems, and electrical distribution
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) through SMRP
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Advanced degree in reliability, maintenance, or systems engineering
