About the role

Interpath Laboratory is looking for a Phlebotomist/Processor to join our Float team! In this role, you'll perform patient blood draws, assist with specimen collection and processing, and provide coverage where needed to support smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of professional phlebotomy experience required
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with pediatric patients and their families
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively
• As a commitment to our clients and their requirements, all candidates for this position must meet the following immunization and health screening requirements before starting employment at the designated site:
• Annual Influenza (Flu) vaccination
• Hepatitis B (HepB) series
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccination
• Tuberculosis (TB) test, PPD (within the last 12 months)
