About the role
We’re looking for outgoing, motivated Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join our team. As a Mobile Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store — helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives.
What you'll bring
- Must be 18 years or older
- 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience
- Basic experience using computers and mobile phones
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- High school diploma or GED
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations
- Previous experience in wireless or retail sales
