About the role
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Fuels Blending Manager for our Casa Grande, AZ team. The Fuels Blending Manager oversees the fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning/repackaging and hazardous waste solid consolidation activities at the Triumvirate Casa Grande, Arizona facility. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry. We are seeking a professional capable of working side by side with our Plant Manager optimizing safety, compliance, and hazardous waste throughput. This position reports to the Plant Manager . This role is onsite at our Casa Grande, AZ facility.
What you'll bring
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build, lead teams, provide direction to staff along with regular reporting to senior management.
- 5-10+ years’ experience within the hazardous fuels operations industry.
- Specific experience importing/exporting hazardous fuels waste between the nations of Mexico and the United States.
- Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership and team building skills
- In depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
- Possess strategic, rail transportation, planning, warehousing and rail logistics, problem analysis, and creativity skills.
- Expertise in all MS suite applications with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent math skills.
- 40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Certification w/ current 8-hr refresher
- D.O.T.
- Hazardous Materials Training
- Able to obtain and maintain a fork truck license
