About the role

We are hiring an Enterprise Architect II on our Strategy and Architecture team at BCBST! In this role, you will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into scalable, governed AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. This position requires exceptional stakeholder management, deep technical expertise in AI platforms and integrations, and the ability to lead initiatives from strategy and architecture through implementation and operationalization. Success in this role requires remaining hands-on in solution design, orchestration patterns, deployment planning, and implementation guidance while influencing enterprise-wide AI adoption. In this role, you will shape the roadmap for the foundational technologies that power our enterprise AI strategy. Acting as both a technical product owner and AI architect, you will drive the evolution of our Microsoft AI ecosystem, including   Microsoft 365 , A zure AI Foundry , and   Power Platform . You will define platform capabilities, establish governance and security guardrails, and create the architectural standards that enable teams to design, build, and scale AI solutions safely and efficiently. Working across architecture, engineering, security, data, and business teams, you will advance our GenAI maturity, guide long-term platform strategy, and ensure emerging AI technologies are aligned with enterprise objectives.

What you'll bring

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested.
• 5 years - Experience as an individual contributor leading a team in the design and implementation of one or more of the following: application and integration, data, technology and/or security architecture required.
