About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Partnership and Launch Leader to join our team, someone who brings EHS and Sustainability domain expertise, practical experience implementing digital solutions, and a strong passion for translating complex business needs into impactful, real-world technology outcomes. This role works closely with subscribers, Account Management, Technical Implementation teams, and external implementation consultants to bring digital transformation initiatives to life in a coordinated, execution-focused way. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a function dedicated to orchestrating our most critical and complex new subscriber launches and strategic partnerships. The SSC Leader plays a pivotal role in guiding high-impact new subscriber launches (NSL) and strategic transitions by providing clear ownership, executive-level coordination, and disciplined execution from planning through stabilization. In this role, you will serve as both a strategic orchestrator and execution leader, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, driving alignment and accountability, and translating vision into action during high-impact subscriber engagements. You will own the success of new subscriber launches end-to-end, partnering across functions to deliver confident, outcomes-focused experiences for our most important relationships. This is a highly visible, influence-driven role for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and builds trust across teams and with customers, while ensuring digital solutions are implemented thoughtfully, effectively, and with lasting impact.
What you'll bring
- 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, program management, or related roles with demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-stakes engagements.
- Experience in EHS, ESG, or operational risk management industries.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience with ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Domain expertise in B2B enterprise customer engagement, SaaS operations, or similar environments.
- Background in customer lifecycle management or customer success operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and business analytics platforms.
- Experience in a matrix organization or complex organizational structure.
