About the role
Are you an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist looking to join an organization with a collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented culture? The Senior HR Generalist will play an instrumental role in bolstering our culture, enhancing the employee experience, building trusting relationships with leaders, and ensuring project teams are positioned for success. This role includes a strong employee relations component and will serve as a key partner to consult and advise leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance management and corrective action, employee concerns, and conflict resolution.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role with strong emphasis in employee relations
- Demonstrated experience handling complex workplace investigations, performance management, and corrective action processes
- Proven ability to coach and consult with leaders through sensitive or high-impact employee situations
- Employment law/regulation adherence and application
- Ability to build positive relationships and connect with others
- High attention to detail
- High level of initiative, drive, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgement and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to enhance the employee experience and assist in the development of team building efforts
- Desire to work in a collaborative, supportive, team environment
