About the role
Our transportation team delivers innovative solutions for highways, interchanges, arterial roadways, and municipal street systems that improve mobility, safety, and long-term community development. As a Licensed Engineer (PE) on our Roadway team, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of roadway projects of varying size and complexity. You will contribute technical expertise while also supporting project management activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- A minimum of 4+ years of related engineering experience
- Experience with MicroStation OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Arkansas, or the ability to obtain within six months
- Knowledge of municipal and DOT standards and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- with an emphasis in transportation preferred
