About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Safety Specialist II who is passionate about protecting people, driving continuous improvement, and helping project teams achieve exceptional safety performance. This role is responsible for supporting field operations through hazard identification, safety planning, employee engagement, training initiatives, incident prevention, and continuous improvement efforts. The successful candidate will be an experienced safety professional capable of leading site-specific safety programs while fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project team. What you'll bring

• OSHA 30 Certification
• OSHA 510 Certification
• BCSP Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STS-C)
• Experience supporting industrial construction and heavy commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Ability to work independently and provide field leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP)
• First Aid, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Narcan Administration training
• Experience leading contractor safety programs
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and safety training
• Familiarity with manufacturing, automotive, energy, or industrial construction environments
