About the role
The Senior Product Manager, ATC Expansion & Access Innovation, is responsible for driving the execution and scaling of Market Access–led solutions that expand CAR ‑ T access. This role operates at the intersection of product, operations, and provider strategy—owning delivery of key initiatives, including the Kite Apheresis Program, decentralization, and emerging market-shaping solutions. Success in this role is defined by program implementation, site activation, and measurable expansion of capacity and access .
What you'll bring
- Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in product management, program management, or operations within healthcare, biotech, or complex provider environments
- Strong understanding of provider networks, site onboarding, and contracting workflows
- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams and manage complex implementations
- Experience launching or scaling programs (e.g., pilots, operational rollouts, platform adoption)
- Strong analytical and execution skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
