About the role
RRD’s Green Bay facility is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout our facility. You will directly support our printing presses and finishing equipment, ensuring raw paper stock and finished mail pieces are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there. What you'll bring
- 1–3 years of experience operating a forklift
- willing to train and certify reliable, motivated, and safety conscious candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documentation, matching material codes to specific client print runs to prevent mixing up critical project components.
- Tech Savvy: Basic comfort using inventory software is a plus but not required.
- ideally in a direct mail facility or high-volume manufacturing environment.
