About the role

We're looking for a Parts and Consumables Sales Director to lead our North and South America value stream with full accountability for the P&L and the performance that matters most: safety, quality, availability, profitability, and warranty. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a critical business function, build and grow a high-performing team, and make a visible impact across the Americas.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• A track record of planning and executing large-scale projects from concept through implementation
• Experience guiding senior leadership through organizational change and transformation
• A demonstrated ability to define KPIs and tell a compelling, data-driven business story
