About the role

The Associate Construction Project Manager – Substation , under direct supervision, serves as project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles. This role must demonstrate an understanding of how the business operates, how changing circumstances are managed, and who to engage for support when needed. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate and support internal customer needs.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 0–3 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
