About the role
To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable leader to join our team as a Payroll Supervisor. This role oversees the Payroll Specialists, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
What you'll bring
- Associates degree with four (4) years of payroll experience
- Three (3) years of Supervisory-level payroll processing experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
- Experience with multi-state payroll and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex payroll challenges and implement effective solutions
- Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years of supervisory-level experience
- Experience with Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
