About the role

The IT Operations Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for day-to-day IT operations, helping ensure clear communication, timely follow through, and efficient support delivery across Apave America. The role works across IT Support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, project teams, vendors, and business departments to remove roadblocks and keep operational work moving. Technical knowledge is beneficial, but success is driven primarily by communication, organization, prioritization, and consistent follow-through.
