About the role

We are seeking an in-house  Social Media & Marketing Specialist (part-time up to full-time) to help manage and grow the online presence of our brands. This role blends social media strategy, content creation, posting, and graphic design. This position will work closely with leadership and collaborate with our videographer to create engaging, authentic content that highlights our projects, people, and community.

What you'll bring

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Comfortable using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand presentation
• Comfortable capturing photos or short videos on job sites or at events
• Ability to organize and maintain a content calendar
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
• Strong communication skills to represent our companies professionally online

• Photography or video editing experience
• Experience managing social media for a business or organization
• Knowledge of construction, trades, or local Idaho industries
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
