About the role
As a Service & Maintenance Technician , you’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for providing ongoing care and concierge-level service to the homes we’ve built and remodeled. You'll complete a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks — everything from touch-ups and warranty fixes to upgrades and specialty service visits — all while delivering a top-tier experience for our homeowners. You’ll work in high-end residential settings where cleanliness, professionalism, and communication matter just as much as your technical skills. Your ability to assess needs, repair things around the home and communicate clearly with clients will be key in maintaining the Schmid & Rhodes reputation for excellence long after the "ribbon is cut." This is a role for a craftsperson who thrives with clients and working in the details.
What you'll bring
- You’re comfortable working independently, confident in your craftsmanship, and courteous in every client interaction.
- Bonus: Experience working in interior trim carpentry and/or luxury residential construction
