What you'll bring

• A high school diploma
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to confidently work between customers and technicians in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail, including accurate data entry and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• technical school or college education is preferred, along with 5+ years of customer service and technician dispatch experience.
• experience with service orders, invoices, purchase orders, expense tracking, payroll preparation, or service operations is a plus.
