The Banquet Setup Attendant is responsible for the accurate and efficient setup, breakdown, and maintenance of banquet spaces at the hotel. This role ensures that all events meet client expectations by following Banquet Event Orders (EOs) and providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor in guest interactions, consistent and continually in accordance to the Autograph Collection standards under the franchise of Mainsail Lodging & Development Essential Functions
What you'll bring
- High School diploma or higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to use technology e.g. tablets, iPads
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
