About the role
We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. As part of our Marketing Communications team, you’ll transform complex product concepts into clear, compelling visual content that helps customers understand the value of our solutions. Your work will directly support product launches, training, internal communications, and broader brand initiatives across a global manufacturing environment. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product experts, and our in‑house graphic designer—all while owning projects from concept to final delivery. The candidate must be in Lincoln, NE or Cincinnati, OH and willing to travel to other sites as needed.
What you'll bring
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition – required
- Hands‑on experience with cameras, lighting, audio, and studio/field production – required
- 2–5 years of professional video production experience – required
- Associate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Ability to travel as needed – required
- Experience in a manufacturing or business‑to‑business environment – preferred
- bachelor’s degree – preferred
