About the role

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at our Louisville manufacturing facility, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role drives results through strong leadership, lean manufacturing practices, and a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Louisville, KY manufacturing facility and reports directly to the Director of Operations.

What you'll bring

• ◦ 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality systems
• Proven ability to lead large-scale / multi-shift teams and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of ERP and production scheduling systems
• OSHA and safety compliance training or certifications (OSHA 10 Industrial)
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing floor for extended periods.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments, including noise and temperature variations.
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in printing, wallcoverings, textiles, or surface solutions manufacturing is a plus
• preferably in high-volume production
