• RTX - Raytheon is seeking an experienced and driven Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) to join our Special Programs security team in McKinney, TX.
• This position plays a critical role in supporting SAP programs by implementing and maintaining robust security postures in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements.
• This is a highly visible role that requires regular interaction with internal program managers and staff, external customers, and U.S. Government representatives.
• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience with DoDM 5205.07, ICD-705, and other applicable security directives.
• Experience with Microsoft Products
• CDSE SAP Security Certifications (e.g., Introduction to SAPs, SAP Mid-Level Management, ICD-705 course).
• DoD 5220.22-M, ICD-703/704, JSIG and RMF familiarity, DD Form 254 processes, SOP development.
• Hands-on experience with SCIF/SAPF accreditation, TEMPEST, FFC, and developing Construction Security Plans (CSPs).
