About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator, Recruiting will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Associates in Human Resources or related, PLUS a PHR or SHRM-CP.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience recruiting for positions at all levels
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, Word)
- and proven skills in database management and recordkeeping.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) desirable.
- and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources-Certified Professional) strongly preferred
- and experience recruiting in nonproft organizations preferred.
