About the role
A successful CNL on our team will lead transformational patient care delivery providing coaching, mentorship and education for the Emergency Department nursing team. Be a catalyst for improving the quality and safety of patients and work at the point of care delivery to transfer knowledge and patient outcome management to the nursing team. Our ideal candidate for the CNL will have at least five years of Emergency Nursing Clinical experience and one year of progressively responsible leadership experience. Required to be considered: Current Washington RN license or ability to obtain by date of hire; BLS and ACLS certification by date of hire; Master’s Degree in Nursing with emphasis on the Clinical Nurse Leader role; minimum of two years clinical nurse experience in an inpatient hospital setting required including 1 year of progressively responsible leadership experience
