About the role

We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators, Experienced Pipelayers and Laborers to join our growing site and pipe crews based in York, PA. Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

• Ability to follow and enforce all correct safety procedures.
• Applicants
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience is required for the equipment operator position.
• Ability to work in a crew-based and fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality and dependability are required.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods and sometimes in unfavorable weather conditions.
• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Knowledge of GPS systems is a plus but not required.
