About the role

The Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled carpentry and repair work on residential and commercial restoration projects. This position is based out of our York facility and serves the surrounding areas. Working closely with the Construction Coordinator, the Carpenter completes restoration tasks with a high standard of craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail. Typical responsibilities include drywall installation and finishing, trim and finish carpentry, painting, and other carpentry-related repairs required to restore properties impacted by fire, water, mold, or other losses.

What you'll bring

• Painting
• 2+ years of experience in carpentry and restoration
• Valid driver’s license
• Participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency response
• Availability for additional support during major disasters
• Trim work
• Drywall hanging and finishing
