About the role

Responsible for overseeing the financial management and other related operations of the group; guiding its financial strategy, planning, control, taxation, decision making and maintaining its fiscal stability. This role is required to collaborate with the executive leadership team to establish long-range financial goals, strategies, plan, risk management and policies for the group.

What you'll bring

• Fellow Member of ACCA, ICAG, CIMA or equivalent e.g. CPA etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA is an added advantage
• A minimum of 10 years of post-professional qualification experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Possess excellent skills in maintaining the general ledger and prepare financial statement with the use of an accounting software.
• Possess excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
• Possess working knowledge of the Ghana Tax Law and application of the Company Law in Ghana.
• Possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact
• Possess strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Professional Project Management Certification is a plus.
