About the role
As a (Senior) AI Implementation Specialist , you will lead the company's AI adoption initiatives, combining strategic planning with hands-on implementation. You will be responsible for developing an AI roadmap, identifying high-impact automation opportunities across departments, and directly implementing AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and operational capacity. This is a newly created role, providing the opportunity to build the company's AI strategy and implementation framework from the ground up. You will work directly with company leadership to understand business priorities, evaluate where AI can create measurable value, and turn those opportunities into practical solutions. Depending on experience and organizational needs, the role may also expand to include collaboration with or oversight of additional AI implementation support.
What you'll bring
- Has proven experience implementing AI tools, automations, and workflows within a business environment,
- Has experience leading or contributing significantly to structured AI adoption initiatives rather than limiting AI use to personal productivity or informal experimentation.
- Has experience identifying business processes that can be improved through AI and translating those opportunities into working solutions.
- Has experience building AI processes or workflows from the ground up and continuously improving them based on measurable results.
- Can develop AI adoption strategies while remaining hands-on with workflow implementation and continuous optimization.
- Has strong familiarity with CRM systems, particularly ActiveCampaign, or experience working with comparable CRM platforms and integrations.
- Can evaluate AI tools and automation opportunities based on business requirements, existing systems, implementation feasibility, and expected impact.
- Uses data to prioritize automation opportunities, measure workflow performance, and guide ongoing improvements.
- Can independently take an AI initiative from business problem identification through implementation, measurement, and optimization.
- Is comfortable working directly with leadership and translating operational requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.
- Can clearly explain AI capabilities, implementation progress, and workflow outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and can identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement without requiring constant direction.
