About the role

We're hiring for an internal role and we're looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, convert inbound leads into high-value sales opportunities, and fuel our growth. As an SDR, you’ll work closely with our BDR and AE teams, helping manage the pipeline, ensuring a smooth sales process, and driving revenue growth. You'll report to our SDR Manager—he's cool, but he expects results.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and other online sales tools, and skilled at incorporating AI into your daily tasks.
• Ability to quickly master new sales tools, strategies, and systems.
• Motivated to hit targets and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail in scheduling, follow-ups, and record-keeping.

• : Comfort while managing vendors, constantly improving measured metrics.
• Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus.
