About the role

The Quantity Surveying Lead (PMC) is responsible for end-to-end cost management, commercial control, and financial governance of large-scale energy infrastructure projects, including power transmission (up to 765 kV), substations, HVDC systems (±800 kV), and hybrid renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, BESS). The role ensures cost optimization, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and financial transparency across all project phases—from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, and final close-out—while acting as the owner’s commercial representative. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
• 12+ years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management for large infrastructure/energy projects
• Master’s Degree (preferred) in relevant discipline
• Experience in Indian infrastructure projects is preferred
• MRICS (or working towards certification) is highly desirable
