We're hiring a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our growing Management and Operations Consulting business.  In this consultative role, you will leverage your creativity to find cleared and uncleared technical talent, helping staff positions in multiple locations, spanning a broad array of skillsets - supporting funded work and new business growth.  In addition, you will report to ProSidian Management and keep Client Engagement Team Leads.

• We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent Sourcing and Strategic Resourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding employee and contract resources, Negotiating and Scheduling great employees and contractors.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/related field or equivalent of Science Degree in related technical and human resources.
• Have at least six (06) years of proven experience in recruiting top technical talent, with a keen focus on diversity & retention
• Have at least four (04) years of proven experience successfully sourcing and strategic resourcing CLEARED technical talent, ranging from Public Trust to TS/SCI clearances
