What you'll bring
- HS + 10 Years of relevant experience in construction practices, procedures, and testing, to include three (3) years of quality control management of DoD construction projects.
- Projects/clients are security sensitive.
- Up to 50% of the time the position needs to move about indoor and outdoor construction site environments with uneven terrain, variable environmental conditions including heat, dusts, noise, moisture, and dryness
- Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, including the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up).
- Familiarity with contract documentation, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and progress payment evaluations.
- Demonstrated experience conducting inspections, witnessing testing, and interpreting third-party test results.
- Proficiency in construction management software and documentation systems (e.g., Procore, RMS, or similar platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of detailed daily reports and technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently on-site while coordinating effectively with Government stakeholders and contractors.
- Experience supporting project closeout activities, including punch list management and final inspections.
