This role is ideal for a physician passionate about improving quality of life, guiding goals-of-care discussions, and supporting residents and families as they navigate complex medical decisions.
What you'll bring
- Active and unrestricted MD license
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in palliative care in a hospital or nursing home–based program
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Palliative Medicine, Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive and emotionally complex situations
- Commitment to elder care, comfort-focused medicine, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Certification in palliative care is a plus
