About the role
Sales Manager: * Develop and implement sales strategy. * Lead and manage the sales team. * Expand customer base. * Maintain key accounts. * Monitor sales performance. * Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service. * Achieve company sales targets. * Report directly to top management Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree is a must, * 8 YOE in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line as a sales representative. * Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services. * Strong leadership skills. Existing customer portfolio is preferred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. * Ability to develop sales strategies. * Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Alexandria residents only.
What you'll bring
