About the role
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced and collaborative Regional Security Manager to lead physical security operations across the Americas (AMER) region.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security operations, investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and team development.
- Ability to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively during incidents.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and functions.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, or third-party security providers.
- Familiarity with crisis management, emergency response, and event security operations.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend work and regional travel as needed.
- Experience in technology, gaming, entertainment, or other fast-paced global organizations.
- Industry certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or similar credentials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
