The Production Assembler Lead oversees production activities on the production floor to assure production schedules are being maintained to meet customer commitments. What You’ll Do:

What you'll bring

• 1 to 3 years working as a production line lead
• High School Diploma or A.A or higher.
• Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of production processes and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret all production paperwork including safety rules, new GMPs for FDA compliance. and a job sheet instructions to ensure quality products are being produced per customer standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using calculators or other measuring devices necessary to calculate, surmise, and track production on an hourly/daily/weekly, or monthly basis, to determine accurate and detailed production numbers.
• preferably in FDA packaging environment.
