About the role
We are looking for an experienced HIL Applications engineer to join our team to help develop, integrate and deploy real-time Hardware-In-the-Loop simulation solutions.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years experience working on HIL projects for OEMs and/or AV companies
- Experience using ConfigurationDesk/ControlDesk/AutomationDesk tools from dSpace, SIMulation Workbench from Concurrent, Veristand/LabVIEW from NI, and/or CANoe from Vector.
- 3+ years of experience using ASM/CarSim/IPG/Matlab/Simulink/Labview/Python tools for modeling plants for automotive HIL systems.
- Hands-on experience working with related industry tools and standards, such as AUTOSAR, restbus simulation, and automotive interfaces including CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and BroadR-Reach.
- Expertise in verification and validation methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ADAS and AV development
- Working knowledge of common robotics middlewares such as ROS, DDS.
- Hands-on experience working with FPGAs in a HIL context.
- DevOps experience.
- Scripting within Windows and/or Linux.
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance
