About the role
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for supporting talent acquisition efforts for Tyler Union and M&H Valve. This includes skilled trades, hourly production team members, supervisors, technical roles, and management positions as needed. This position will partner with the site Human Resource Managers and operations to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates to support the foundry. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desired. Proactively promotes The McWane Way principles, values, and behaviors and lives the Compass Culture. This is a traditional office position with an expectation of hands on training in the facility with exposure to a wide range of temperatures, humid conditions, moving machinery, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibrations, and varying noise levels.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of recruitment experience required in a heavy manufacturing experience industry.
