About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Apex, North Carolina who will assist the Project and Senior Project Managers with the administrative tasks surrounding the design phase, pre-construction and construction phase project management including managing scope, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, out-to-bid process, and assist with overseeing the work of the design team. This is an individual contributing role. Will be responsible for communicating primarily internally with the potential of interfacing with sub-contractors.
