About the role
This role is focused on executing marketing programs that support the firm’s business and revenue goals. The person in this new role will support a variety of external and internal programs including brand and segment campaign execution, social media, website content management, client focused events, thought leadership development and partnership support. Critical to the role are a proven track record as a self-starter with exceptional project management and communications skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. This individual must be able to work independently and take ownership of various marketing initiatives and operations efforts. We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills who has an understanding of and background in all areas of marketing execution, goes above and beyond, and understands the importance of getting the details right.

- Minimum Degree Status: Bachelor's degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027)
- Degree/Majors Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
- Previous experience in consulting firms preferred
- Public sector marketing experience a plus
- Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where collaboration is necessary, and accountability is expected.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret metrics data in order to shape decisions made from the data and report ROI.
