About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Data & AI Consultant / Solution Builder to help design, build, and deliver production-grade applications and AI-driven solutions. This is not a traditional reporting or BI role . The primary focus is on developing real products, applications, APIs, and AI solutions that directly improve commercial decision-making, automation, and operational effectiveness for both clients and internal stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, data engineering, and artificial intelligence , translating business requirements into scalable, practical solutions while continuously growing your technical and consulting capabilities.
What you'll bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to end-to-end applications or data-driven solutions.
- Strong hands-on, builder mindset with a passion for learning and solving complex problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment while collaborating closely with senior technical team members.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
