About the role

responsible for operating, managing, and upgrading 14 Regional Airports in the most attractive destinations in Greece is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the HR team and contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of our payroll operations. The role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with payroll data in a complex, shift-based working environment.

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in payroll.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle.
• Very good knowledge of Greek labor, tax, and social security legislation related to payroll.
• Experience in payroll processing within a shift-based working environment will be highly valued.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with payroll and workforce data.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively under strict payroll deadlines.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Hands on experience working with Pylon Payroll/HRM and SAP Success Factors is a plus.
