We are looking for a Mid-Level System Field Engineer to support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructures across customer environments. As part of your professional development, you will receive hands-on training on leading enterprise cybersecurity technologies while working with servers, virtualization, operating systems, and networking solutions. You’ll contribute to real-world infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, helping deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environments for our customers. The successful candidate will be hired by SysteCom . What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networks, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or infrastructure-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows-based environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and basic routing.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and network connectivity issues in production environments.
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and customer stakeholders, both onsite and remotely.
- Microsoft valid certifications (or willingness to pursue them).
