About the role

The ADAS Warranty Acceleration Team (WAT) Engineer is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and driving resolution of field quality and warranty issues related to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) across vehicle programs. This position is well suited for candidates with a background in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines who are passionate about quality improvement, data analysis, problem solving, and advanced automotive technologies.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
• Understanding of embedded systems, software applications, and hardware/software integration principles.
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and performance trending techniques.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and validation processes.
• Understanding of communication networks and protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple investigations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
