DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Clinical Training Manager - Joint Reconstruction, located in Auckland, New Zealand. Th is role   will   be responsible for   the   DS   clinical standards and strategy,   creat ing   and lead ing   a Learning and Development framework for the   DePuy   Synthes  Joints   business . .   The individual will work closely with   DePuy Synthes (J oints )   Regional Sa les Manager s   and Marketing   to   ensure   the education on-boarding,   foundations training,   learning pathways   and ongoing education needs of the   sales & clinical teams   are   established   with a focus on clinical, product and selling skills. The   CFST   Manager will   retain   close links with regional and global DS Joints Education leads,   participating   in   global strategic teams to input into the commercial education global capability build. The   CFST   Manager   is   responsible for   designing   and delivering   the strategic DS joints curriculum   to support growth in new   platforms   and areas of   pro ced ural   interest .    Where   possible , the   CFST   manager will   partner with the Global Education Solutions teams   to   ensure that Global Foundations ,   A dvan ce d & Mastery   programs & curriculum are   delivered   in   accordance   with   Global standards. The   CFST   Manager   will   also   be responsible for   selecting the   appropriate delivery   mechanism of internal training programs   and then delivering   best-in-class product & pro ce dure training in NZ and   lead   the technical training for employees within the   DS   sales & clinical teams.
