We're seeking Epic Analysts – Revenue Cycle & Access to join our Information Technology team and help optimize Epic applications that support patient access, registration, scheduling, billing, coding, claims management, and revenue cycle operations. If you're passionate about healthcare technology, process improvement, and delivering solutions that strengthen financial performance while improving the patient experience, we'd love to have you on our team. Epic Analysts partner with operational leaders, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Coding, and Clinical departments to analyze workflows, configure Epic applications, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing application support. This role ensures Epic solutions support efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a seamless financial experience for patients and staff.

What you'll bring

• As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to complete the Epic Sphinx Assessment.
• Assessment results will be considered alongside relevant experience, interview performance, and organizational needs as part of a holistic evaluation process.
• Epic certification required within 12 months of hire* (domestic travel required to obtain certification).
• Experience supporting healthcare applications, patient access, revenue cycle, finance, or healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Employees hired into this role as part of the initial Epic implementation may be hired prior to obtaining Epic certification and will complete required certification through organization-sponsored Epic training.
